What is Silhouette InstaLift?

Silhouette InstaLift is an FDA-cleared treatment that lifts and adds volume to your midface and cheek area. It’s like a non-surgical face-lift! The Silhouette InstaLift procedure gently lifts your face with injectable suspension sutures. The sutures have bidirectional cones to secure the sutures and keep your facial skin in a lifted position. You can’t see the sutures or cones on the skin surface; they work below the skin to give you the lift and volume needed.

The sutures and cones are glycolide / L-lactide, a material that triggers your dermal skin layer into collagen stimulation and growth. The collagen then gives you long-term facial volume support while the sutures keep the skin lifted. 

How does the suture lift work?

He expertly guides the sutures through your subcutaneous tissue. The bidirectional cones hold the sutures in place to keep your skin in its new, lifted position. The whole procedure takes only about 45 minutes.
