Finish Off Your Weight-Loss Journey With CoolSculpting

Anyone who’s ever struggled with weight loss is probably familiar with the age-old struggle. You eat a clean, healthy, well-balanced diet and exercise several times a week only to find that you just can’t seem to drop that last five or 10 pounds, no matter what you do.

Or maybe you’ve focused on intensive ab workouts and core work, only to find that your midsection and waist are not as flat and contoured as you’d like them to be. Whatever your situation, working hard to achieve your weight-loss goals only to fall short can be frustrating and demotivating.

At Biz MedSpa, Donald Lee, DO, and our team offer a range of services to help you look and feel your best, including nonsurgical treatments like CoolSculpting for help with additional weight loss.

The benefits of CoolSculpting

CoolSculpting isn’t a substitute for a healthy diet and exercise routine, but it can help take care of stubborn residual fat deposits that just won’t budge no matter what you do or how hard you try to get rid of them. Also known as body contouring, CoolSculpting targets excessive fat cells that are resistant to diet and exercise.

Some of the benefits of CoolSculpting include:

At your consultation, Dr. Lee discusses your options with you to determine the best medspa treatments for your weight-loss goals and physical needs.

How CoolSculpting works

CoolSculpting targets excess pockets of fat tissue. The targeted fat cells are frozen and crystallized, which causes them to die off and get naturally passed out of your body. The process is known as cryolipolysis, which is a safe and minimally invasive procedure that doesn’t affect the surrounding tissue and cells.

Each CoolSculpting session lasts from 30 minutes to an hour, and you may need several sessions for the desired results. The technology is FDA-cleared and can be used to target fat in the abdomen, thighs, upper arms, buttocks and face.
